wow ...

today i went for my briefing in shatec institutes ...

there are so many foreigners there and N levels people there. Meeting all the different kind of people there who wanna go to shatec. All sorts of reason, like :

N levels .. do not want to go to ITE and Sec 5 .. so escape to here ...
People who see other chef and found it exciting ...
Some, Because its near their house ...
Some, Failed O level ...

And there are people who likes cooking ... like me .. but i have no idea why i chose to say other reason and not this reason ... puzzled me alot ...

and of course ... THE TIMETABLE OF CHEFS

The time expectancy of a chef is quite a long working hours ... Holidays are hardly enjoyed ... As people eat out during holidays ? ...
